• Arden, Barbour County, Wikipedia - Located along the Tygart River. Previously built up along a railroad track, the community exists between two landmark rock formations: Hell's Gate and Devil's Den. Many whitewater enthusiasts travel the shallow rapids of the Tygart River through the pristine valley. The area is also home to an incredible number of native wildflowers.
