• Pousada de Monsanto - In "the most Portuguese village of Portugal" near the Castilian border stands the peaceful and comfortable Monsanto Pousada. A brick building which has maintained the traditions of a Lusitanian Roman castle. Rooms small but in excellent condition and simply decorated in plain colours with light wood.
